On an early morning of the 7th month of Tibetan Calender a person named Shidey Tasur was meditating at his home in a place called Lhaden. He heard a monk shouting twice - “Gu-zog namkhang Yin-ta”. English translation – “It will be the last day of the 9th month (Tibetan calendar)”. He became curious about the incident and immediately went to Kyabje Phabongkha and sought his advice. Phabongkha said that is surprising and made a note of it on a paper. Later the same year, exactly on the last day of the 9th month of Tibetan calendar, His Holiness the 13th Dalai Lama passed away. Kyabje Phabongkha then said “the one who shouted that early morning was Dolgyal’s spirit who knew about His Holiness’ demise in advance and was happy about it.”
